Cheers to doing what you love!
This man has a great philosophy. He comments about people who don’t like conversation, and how that isn’t living. Another poignant part is when he mentions that seniors often feel like they’re pushed aside in society. Anthony Pisano avoids these lonely, human feelings in a unique way. For thirty years, he has collected antiques in his home. It just so happens that his home is a store front in Manhattan, where his doors are always open to visitors but nothing is for sale. Pisano delights in meeting the strangers who who walk in his “store”, and the joy that his unusual home delivers to them.
The story of the couple made me cry..tears of joy. I am inspired by Anthony Pisano. I will visit him when I go to NYC this fall.
